Do:

Arrive with clean lashes – no mascara, eyeliner, or eye makeup.
Remove contact lenses before the service if possible.
Inform your stylist if you have any eye conditions, allergies, or sensitivities.
Use the restroom before your appointment – you’ll be lying down with eyes closed.

Don’t:

Do not curl your lashes on the day of your appointment.
Do not apply oil-based products around your eyes before coming in.
Do not consume excessive caffeine right before your appointment.

First 24–48 Hours:

Do not get your lashes wet (no steam, saunas, swimming, or heavy sweating).
Avoid rubbing, touching, or pulling on your extensions.
Do not use mascara or lash curlers on your extensions.

Ongoing Care:

Clean lashes gently with a lash-safe cleanser (no oil-based products).
Brush your lashes daily with a clean lash spoolie.
Avoid sleeping directly on your face or lashes.
Book fills every 2–3 weeks to maintain fullness.

I understand that eyelash extensions involve the application of synthetic lashes to my natural eyelashes using a professional adhesive. I acknowledge that, as with any beauty service, there are potential risks, including but not limited to: temporary eye redness, irritation, allergic reaction to adhesive or products, and premature loss of natural lashes.

I agree to inform my lash stylist of any discomfort during the procedure so they can make adjustments. I confirm that I have disclosed all known allergies, sensitivities, eye conditions, and relevant medical information.

I understand that aftercare is my responsibility and that failure to follow the recommended aftercare instructions may reduce retention and could affect the health of my natural lashes.

I release Perfect Brow and my lash stylist from any liability for reactions or issues that may occur, provided that the procedure is carried out with reasonable care and according to professional standards.
